What is the difference between Aquarium Grade and Herbal Grade?+
Aquarium Grade is whole, sun-dried leaves optimized for aquarium use — natural tannin release and safe for fish/shrimp. Herbal/Food Grade undergoes additional sorting and quality checking to meet food safety standards for tea, extract, and supplement applications. Both are from the same Psidium guajava source.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Aquarium Grade leaf packs: 5 kg. Herbal/Food Grade bulk: 25 kg. Private label pouches: 500 units. Sample orders available for quality evaluation.
Do you provide food safety documentation for herbal grade?+
Yes. Herbal grade shipments come with Certificate of Analysis (COA), MSDS, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Certificate of Origin. Heavy metals and pesticide residue testing available on request (additional cost).
Are the leaves safe for shrimp and betta fish?+
Yes. Aquarium grade leaves are sourced from farms with no chemical pesticides, sun-dried only. They naturally release tannins and humic acids that benefit shrimp, betta, and other acid-loving species.
Can I order both grades in the same shipment?+
Yes. We can consolidate both grades in one shipment to reduce freight costs. Just specify the quantity of each grade in your inquiry.
What is the shelf life?+
Properly stored (cool, dry, away from light) guava leaves retain quality for 18–24 months. Vacuum sealing extends shelf life further.
Do you offer private label?+
Yes. Minimum 500 pouches per SKU for both aquarium and herbal grade. Custom branding on kraft pouches, biodegradable options available. Design turnaround 3–5 days.
What payment terms do you accept?+
30% deposit + 70% before shipment for first orders. Established buyers: 30% + 70% against Bill of Lading.
How long is the lead time?+
Standard 10–21 days FOB Jakarta for stock items. Private label: 21–35 days after artwork approval.

Yes — USA, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, Canada, Singapore, and more. Sea freight for bulk, air freight for smaller or urgent orders.
